I edited a series of social media videos for Jax Group following their Phoenix grand opening. The footage was produced and filmed by WulfenBear Media for their client, and I collaborated in post-production.
Six total pieces were created from the event coverage; I’m featuring two that highlight different areas of the showroom and the design stories behind select furniture and spaces. The tone is informative and lifestyle-focused rather than sales-driven, showcasing the designers’ expertise and the character of the environment.
A key technical challenge was adapting horizontally shot footage for vertical social formats. I reframed, cropped, and structured each edit to maintain strong composition and visual clarity while optimizing for mobile viewing.
This project highlights my ability to:
- Collaborate in post on client-facing projects led by external production teams
- Adapt horizontal footage into polished, engaging vertical social content
- Edit informational lifestyle content that feels natural and visually refined
- Emphasize design details and spatial storytelling through pacing and framing
- Create multiple distinct edits from a single production shoot
The final pieces translate an in-person showroom experience into clean, engaging vertical content designed for social media audiences.
